Offshore staffing for facilities management companies

Facilities management is coordination at volume: reactive jobs logged, contractors scheduled, PPM tracked, customers updated, invoices raised — all day, every day. When that helpdesk and admin load outgrows your team, quality slips and SLAs are missed.

The model in your sector

Dedicated staff, built around your operation

A dedicated offshore coordinator or administrator keeps the FM engine running — logging, scheduling, chasing and updating in your CAFM system, on UK hours — so your operation scales without your core team drowning.

“We now have a team working UK hours and our costs are down 65%. Exceptional service from day one.”

Sector questions

Facilities management FAQs

Can they work in our CAFM system?

Yes — systems like Joblogic, Elogbooks, Concept and similar are trained during onboarding inside your own environment. Prior experience is shortlisted where available.

Can they handle our helpdesk?

Yes — job logging, dispatch coordination and customer updates (non-voice, or voice where scoped) are core FM duties. For phone-based helpdesk, we scope a voice role with spoken-English screening.

Can they cover extended hours?

UK hours are standard; extended coverage is straightforward to arrange given the time difference — defined in your role scope.
